La estancia en el apartamento ha sido inmejorable. Estaba muy limpio, con todo lo puedas necesitar y bien ubicado (15 minutos del centro y fuera de las aglomeraciones). Hemos estado cuatro personas muy bien. Los anfitriones responden en seguida a cualquier pregunta Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, comfortable and as described. We had two kids with us, host asked if we want one full or 2 separate singles as options was a big plus. Netflix available on 3 tvs in the apartment was really great for a little break in between.

Very stylish, well-appointed and comfortable apartment; spotlessly clean and modern. Margherita and her team were responsive, friendly and accommodating, even allowing our group an early check-in. We were met in-person for check-in and provided all needed instructions. Don’t hesitate to book for your Florence stay!

Alloggiare nell’appartamento di Margherita è stato come essere a casa. A soli 15 minuti dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella e 10 dal Duomo. Vicinissima al centro, in una posizione più che ottima che permette di muoversi e raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi ogni attrazione. Ho individuato da subito il mio angolo preferito, una zona living curata in ogni minimo dettaglio: dal cuscino sul divano fino ad arrivare alla parete tv che includeva un finto camino in grado di regalare davvero un’atmosfera magica. Dettaglio da non sottovalutare l’abbonamento a Netflix e Prime Vídeo attivo su tutte le tv (si perché ce ne sono 3: una per ogni stanza e poi quella nella zona living appunto). L’angolo cucina è progettato al dettaglio, così come i bagni (sono due) in cui non manca nulla. Insomma Margherita ha davvero pensato a tutto, ogni tipo di comfort: Dall’acqua in frigo fino ad arrivare al phon e ai dispenser con bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Inutile dire che lo stra consiglio e che tornerò.

5 stelle! Appartamento bellissimo a 10 minuti dal duomo a piedi. Arredamento bellissimo e tutto nuovo. Cucina super accessoriata, due bagni e un camino elettrico che crea un’ottima atmosfera. Letto molto comodo (topper super comodo) e l’abbonamento a Netflix in tutte le 3 televisioni è un plus non da poco.

☺Tomasso was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem and one of the couples that was traveling couldn’t go, he helped us with a solution that worked for all of us. the apartment is great, everything is new, well located and the amenities were incredible

☺I had the pleasure of staying at the apartment in Florence and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features of the apartment was its immaculate condition - it was clear that a lot of care had been taken to ensure that everything was clean and tidy. The spacious bedrooms with ample storage were particularly impressive, providing us with the comfort we needed during our stay. In addition, the well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals together as a family. The location of the apartment was also ideal, as it allowed us to explore the city with ease. We were able to walk to the major attractions in about 15 minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The host also provided us with great recommendations for places to eat and visit, which added to our overall experience. In summary, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city. The host was wonderful, the apartment was immaculate, and the location was perfect. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in Florence and we can't wait to come back!

Our stay in Florence went Perfectly! ☺The apartment was perfect. All of the furniture was new and in excellent condition. The Wi-Fi was speedy. Our host Tommi was very nice and chatty. He showed us a very tasty local restaurant and also told us what we can do in the city and outside of the city. ☹Not applicable. Everything was perfect.

Идеальное место ☺Очень приветливый хозяин. Чистые, красивые, современные очень удобные аппартаменты. Просто идеальное место для остановки во Флоренции. В центр города пешком идти 15 минут. ☹Нет такого. Все было прекрасно.

Great stay, great apartment, fab hosts! ☺Loved the apartment, great for a group of 4 as each couple had our own bathroom. Was lovely and tastefully decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Was nice to have a lounge / dining area so we could all socialise over drinks in the evening with the added bonus of being able to use Netflix for some background music - the hosts have thought of it all. ☹I can't say we disliked anything but as a general comment, we had the smaller of the two rooms which is quite cramped and the wardrobe is not much use as you cannot hang anything up due to shelves. That being said we were there for only 4 days and it is perfectly manageable as you're not there to spend time in the room.

Fenomenalmente ☺El apartamento en si, es muy completo, no le falta de nada y además con gusto. El barrio está bien para aparcar y cerca del centro. ☹La zona está un poco carente de servicios. Nos costó encontrar una tienda
